📋 Description

• Design and execute research studies for design, effectiveness, optimization.
• Develop methodologies: focus groups, interviews, surveys, benchmarking.
• Conduct hands-on research across org levels and markets.
• Travel to dispersed U.S. client locations for feedback.
• Analyze findings to identify trends, gaps, opportunities.
• Develop ROI analyses for value of changes.

• Experience with large, complex orgs in consulting or similar.
• Hands-on research design and execution.
• Facilitate focus groups and stakeholder interviews.
• Move from research to recommendations and roadmaps.
