Sr. Contract Recruiter

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for US/Canada requisitions
• Lead intake with hiring managers to define role scope and timelines
• Partner with HR to publish compelling job descriptions
• Build pipelines via ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
• Conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and manage assessments
• Maintain candidate comms and experience throughout process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in-house or agency recruiting
• Experience recruiting across multiple professional levels
• US hiring experience; Canadian practices advantageous
• Contract/interim recruiting experience
• Proficient with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with behavioral assessment tools preferred
