Sr. Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management for healthcare tech, SaaS, vendor, partner, and
• Draft, review, negotiate, execute, renew, and post-execution management of complex contracts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Risk Management, Audit, Security, Product
• Develop standardized templates, playbooks, governance standards, and negotiation approaches.
• Improve visibility and efficiency via CLM systems, dashboards, and automation.
• Leverage AI-enabled contract review and automation tools per policy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, or related field.
• 8+ years in progressive contracts management with tech, SaaS, and healthcare contracts.
• Advanced knowledge of data privacy, security, SLAs, implementation services, renewals, and related
• Strong drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, and senior stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience with contract templates, playbooks, and contract lifecycle systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
