📋 Description

• Support finance and engineering on corporate transactions and investments
• Draft and implement transaction playbooks and integration checklists
• Manage corporate legal affairs domestically and internationally
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements
• Collaborate on stock administration documents and related communications
• Work cross-functionally to analyze legal risks and advise

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• 8+ years of corporate law experience
• In-house counsel experience
• Ability to register as in-house counsel in California
• Experience with complex corporate structures and cross-border transactions
• Ability to adapt to rapid developments and be responsive to new legal issues
