Sr. Counsel - Regulatory

📋 Description

• Provide legal support on cryptoasset, e-money and payment services regulatory requirements
• Support active EU/UK licensing applications and related workstreams
• Advise on regulatory corporate transactions and structure changes
• Manage day-to-day regulator relationships for licensed entities
• Translate MiCA/UK Cryptoasset Regime, AML/CTF, e-money rules into actionable guidance
• Foster plain-English, risk-aware recommendations for business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 10+ PQE in financial services regulatory law
• Experience supporting regulator engagement (CBI, FCA or EU equivalents)
• Substantive MiCA or UK Cryptoasset Regime experience
• Substantive e-money and payment services regulation experience
• AML/CTF policy and controls experience
• Outsourcing and operational resilience compliance exposure
