Sr Coupa Pay Success Manager

📋 Description

• Drive growth and adoption of Coupa Pay with virtual cards, digital payments, and working capital
• Own adoption strategy plan with large, strategic customers; coordinate with partners and Coupa
• Help customers set success goals aligned to business objectives; measure progress
• Engage customers in strategic conversations about longer-term needs and best practices
• Analyze and report on Pay opportunities for virtual cards, bank transfers, and early payment
• Forge strong partnerships with customers, partners, suppliers, and Coupa teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in payments or systems applications (Finance/Procurement or
• Deep domain expertise in Payments and/or Procurement systems
• Strong client management and go-live/adoption experience
• Experience with SaaS; familiarity with Coupa BSM and other financial software
• Experience with applications such as Coupa, Tipalti, Nvoicepay, Bill.com, Ariba, Concur, NetSuite
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience delivering software demonstrations is preferred
