📋 Description

• Drive strategic and operational analysis across customer, deal, merchant, and market data.
• Understand customer and marketplace behavior to explain changes and impact.
• Size new products, markets, and strategic opportunities with data-driven views.
• Validate data sources with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Proactively uncover questions and use AI tools to accelerate analyses.
• Communicate insights to executives and cross-functional leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in business/data analytics or similar analytical roles.
• Advanced SQL; ability to explore large datasets independently.
• Strong business judgment linking analytics to behavior and economics.
• Ability to structure ambiguous questions and design analyses.
• Analytical storytelling; distill insights for leadership.
• Experience with customer/user behavior metrics (acquisition, retention, LTV).
