• Manage designated HHAeXchange clients from implementation through live env.
• Build relationships; be primary contact for day-to-day items.
• Ensure retention via exceptional service and support.
• Handle client requests, escalations, and contract issues.
• Uncover business needs and understand client organizations.
• Deliver solutions aligned with customer goals and satisfaction targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years client service experience.
• Experience overseeing teams/projects in a matrix environment.
• Healthcare or homecare industry experience required.
• SaaS platform experience preferred.
• Partner ecosystem experience preferred.
