📋 Description

• Own critical partner relationships, helping organizations maximize value of automation solutions
• Manage end-to-end relationships with strategic partners, acting as trusted advisor for executives
• Lead business reviews, account planning, and success planning sessions to align partner objectives
• Develop understanding of partner environments and how automation supports business outcomes.
• Support reseller operations by coordinating deal registration, pricing assistance, issue
• Partner with internal teams to ensure partner priorities are understood and addressed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in customer success, partner management, account management, or strategic
• Experience managing complex B2B technology relationships with multiple stakeholders or
• Strong executive presence with ability to communicate with senior business and technical leaders.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, and success planning.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for customers and partners.
• Experience cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support
