• Verify documentation and assist with compliance workflows
• Resolve inquiries and manage supplier relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in customer service; SaaS or cloud experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in fast-paced settings
• Proficiency with Word, Excel; learn new software quickly
• Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree considered
