Sr. Customer Technical Architect

📋 Description

• Act as primary technical contact for customers; translate needs into requirements.
• Develop technical strategy with internal stakeholders to align LM solutions with customer goals.
• Design scalable architectures; create and maintain architectural docs.
• Provide expert advisory on best practices and technology choices for LM.
• Conduct POCs to evaluate new PDE features.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and enable customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-8+ years of relevant tech experience.
• IT infra and/or software dev experience; compute, storage, databases, networking, big data.
• Virtualization/cloud-native architectures, containerization, observability, and DevOps; Linux/Windows.
• Hands-on virtualization/storage/load balancers; VMware/Hyper-V/Xen; NetApp/EMC.
• Hands-on scripting: Groovy, PowerShell, Python, Ruby.
• Strong English communication; travel willingness for onsite training.
