Sr. Customer Technical Architect

📋 Description

• Be primary technical POC for customers; translate needs to requirements.
• Shape IT infrastructure strategy with LogicMonitor solutions.
• Design scalable solutions; create and maintain docs & guidelines.
• Advise on best practices; align LM tech with customer goals.
• Lead POC tests to evaluate PDE features and capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-8+ years in a similar technical role.
• Significant IT infra and/or software dev exp: compute, storage, DB, networks.
• Virtualization/cloud-native architectures, containerization, observability, DevOps; Linux/Windows admin.
• Hands-on virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage (NetApp/EMC), load balancers.
• Webservers (IIS/Apache/Tomcat); Active Directory; databases (SQL/MySQL/Postgres).
• Scripting: Groovy, PowerShell, Python, Ruby; strong English.
• Willingness to travel; strong communication.
