📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional analytics projects from vision to implementation.
• Oversee global employee listening program end-to-end.
• Translate datasets into executive-ready narratives and visuals.
• Unify data sources with HRIS/EDE into a single source of truth.
• Design Tableau dashboards for COE partners and leaders for self-service reporting.
• Use SQL, Python or R for analytics and apply AI/ML to workforce challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in HR Analytics, Data Science, or BI influencing VPs and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Statistics, Economics, or Org Psych or equivalent.
• Advanced SQL and Tableau to create executive-ready visuals.
• Hands-on Python or R for modeling survey data and text analytics.
• Domain expertise in workforce data (turnover, recruiting, DEI) and large surveys.
• Data storytelling and the ability to drive executive alignment.
