📋 Description

• Research and apply advanced ML/AI for pricing
• Own end-to-end projects from scoping to deployment
• Collaborate with Insurance team on models across products
• Mentor junior data scientists and raise technical standards
• Promote advanced data science practices in the org

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years shipping production data science at scale
• Fluency in Python and strong SQL for large datasets
• Ability to scope and structure solutions from ambiguity
• Impact beyond own deliverables (infrastructure, tooling)
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML landscape and growth mindset
• InsurTech/FinTech experience a plus
