Sr. Data Scientist- AI Model Development

📋 Description

• Lead ML research for transformer architectures and foundation model adaptations using telemetry data
• Develop, evaluate, and deploy custom transformer models with LoRA/QLoRA adapters
• Collaborate with software engineers, UX, product, and MLOps to productionize AI capabilities in
• Design evaluation frameworks for quality, latency, memory use, and cost
• Mentor engineers and data scientists on telemetry-driven ML and model development best practices
• Stay current on state-of-the-art ML research and publish design docs and experiment reports

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software, ML engineering, or data science
• Strong ML background with modern transformer architectures
• Hands-on experience training/custom transformer models; LoRA/QLoRA proficiency
• Experience building next-item/next-N prediction using telemetry or sequence data
• Proficiency with PyTorch, transformer architectures, foundation models
• Experience with evaluation/benchmarking methodologies; ability to communicate complex ML concepts
