Sr Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end proprietary LLMs for finance, procurement, and supply chain.
• Pre-train and fine-tune LLMs using PEFT/LoRA and RLHF/DPO.
• Collaborate with data engineering to curate and tokenize large unstructured data.
• Design RAG frameworks to ground outputs in internal knowledge bases.
• Optimize data processing pipelines and automate workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/DS/Statistics or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years in data science training and deploying transformer models and LLMs.
• Proficient in Python (and PySpark) and SQL.
• Experience with large datasets; cleaning, interpreting, and automating processes.
• Understand trade-offs among model size, speed, cost, and accuracy; select appropriate tools.
• Comfort with ambiguity; quick learner and critical thinker.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
