📋 Description

• Hybrid technical and commercial role delivering post-sale technical leadership
• Engage with customers, executives and internal teams to accelerate adoption of Databricks platform
• Create and execute plans to move use cases from win to production and drive onboarding, enablement
• Lead technical strategy and coordination across multiple selling teams, PS, and support resources
• Provide KPI updates and governance on usage, risks, product adoption and progress
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Professional Services for new innovations and upgrades

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years delivering technical projects in Data & AI domains
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting
• Understanding of distributed data systems and how to attribute business value to deliverables
• Technical program/project management with stakeholder and resource accountability
• Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives
