📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of high-volume, high-quality creative assets across global campaigns
• Champion brand integrity across regions — ensuring visual systems, style guides, and design
• Operate confidently in the gray space — blending established brand guidelines with fresh creative
• Develop, maintain, and evolve style guides and design systems built for scale, ensuring assets are
• Own quality assurance across deliverables — final reviewer before senior stakeholder or client
• Guide and supervise a team of production designers, providing clear direction to ensure efficient

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Designer or Art Director in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio across brand, campaign, and digital experiences at scale
• Global campaign experience with design consistency and regional adaptation
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma with design systems and components
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience leading production designers and ensuring quality across high-volume deliverables
