Sr. Dir., Portfolio Management (Connected Customer Experience/PMO)

📋 Description

• Act as strategic advisor to executives, guiding investments and reporting portfolio status, risks
• Ensure programs align with DT and portfolio goals to deliver business value.
• Own end-to-end health and performance of a defined portfolio of programs and projects.
• Maintain visibility between portfolio activity and organizational strategy, OKRs, and value targets.
• Establish and enforce portfolio governance standards, prioritization, and stage-gate processes.
• Lead portfolio-level risk identification, interdependency mapping, and escalation pathways.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive enterprise program/project/portfolio management experience ($10B+
• Extensive cross-functional experience in complex enterprise customer experience/success portfolios.
• 5+ years leading and developing teams of project/program professionals.
• Strong portfolio governance, risk management, and value-delivery skills.
• Exceptional communication and executive-level stakeholder management.
• Experience in PMO transformation, operating model design, or delivery excellence initiatives.
