🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant experience with substantial leadership in software engineering.
• Proven track record leading large-scale software delivery with accountability for outcomes.
• Deep expertise in software engineering strategy and AI value measurement (roadmaps, metrics, ROI).
• Hands-on experience with AI-native software development and embedding AI in the SDLC.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
