📋 Description

• Own the data science and applied AI roadmap across operations and finance functions, building
• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a data science and analytics team with high standards for rigor
• Identify high-impact business and operational challenges with ops, finance, and product leaders
• Oversee finance analytics supporting accounting, FP&A, pricing, and broader financial

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data science, applied AI, or ML, including 5+ years leading and growing technical teams.
• Proven experience managing analytics teams and driving data-informed decisions across complex
• Success influencing operational decisions through ML systems like forecasting or lead scoring.
• Strong statistical/ML foundations with practical knowledge of modern AI technologies including
