📋 Description

• Lead strategy, design, and delivery of AI/ML models across product domains.
• Establish and scale MLOps for reliable, reproducible model development.
• Define golden datasets with data curation and labeling standards.
• Own model performance: KPIs, continuous evaluation, improvements.
• Build AI observability, monitoring, and feedback loops for transparency.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and Platform to deploy AI in production.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Data Science/ML/AI with 3–5+ years in leadership.
• Expert in ML, deep learning, and statistical modeling in production.
• Proven track record delivering scalable, production-grade AI with impact.
• Hands-on with MLOps ecosystems (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Databricks, Kubeflow, MLflow).
• Deep data strategy experience: dataset creation, labeling, governance, evaluation.
• Familiar with Generative AI/LLMs, prompting, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
