Sr. Director, Enterprise Applications

📋 Description

• Lead modernization of core platforms with Salesforce at center of selling, quoting, billing, and
• Oversee ERP, procurement, HR, integrations, data flows, and other SaaS platforms
• Transform end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle for reliability and efficiency
• Build and lead a team of architects, developers, admins, and analysts
• Governance and delivery practices with strong stakeholder collaboration
• Partner with executives, vendors, and cross-functional leaders to scale solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise technology or related field
• 5+ years leading application platform teams at Director level or above
• Extensive Salesforce leadership with CPQ and Billing experience
• Proven end-to-end quote-to-cash transformation experience
• Broad enterprise apps experience beyond Salesforce (NetSuite, Coupa, Workday)
• Hands-on delivery experience with integrations and data architecture (APIs, Azure, AWS)

🎁 Benefits

• Starting salary: $210,000–$240,000 USD per year for U.S.-based employees
• Canadian salary range: $200,000–$230,000 CAD per year
• Actual compensation may vary by location and factors
