Sr Director, Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Lead strategy and delivery of enterprise finance technology platforms (ERP, planning, integrations).
• Own evolution of core financial systems with focus on scalability and security.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Guide teams, shape roadmaps, ensure consistent execution in a collaborative, innovation-focused
• Oversee modernization initiatives and drive improvements in efficiency and data quality.
• Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise finance systems, business applications, or related tech functions.
• 5+ years leading technical/finance systems teams.
• Deep expertise with ERP and financial planning platforms, including NetSuite ERP and NetSuite
• Strong knowledge of finance operations, reporting, forecasting, and planning workflows.
• Experience integrating finance platforms with CRM, cloud data warehouses, middleware, or iPaaS.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, modern SDLC, Agile delivery, and governance.
