📋 Description

• Lead Elastic's global external communications strategy across corporate, business, technical
• Translate technical product narratives into stories for IT decision-makers and media audiences.
• Oversee specialist technical communications and partner with product and engineering leaders.
• Build an always-on earned influence engine with multi-channel storytelling.
• Lead corporate and business communications and maintain media relationships.
• Collaborate with Analyst Relations and Social & Editorial teams to amplify priority stories.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience in external or corporate communications within enterprise
• Strong technical fluency and ability to engage with Product and Engineering leaders.
• Proven ability to translate highly technical products into compelling stories for CIOs, CISOs
• Experience leading specialist technology communications teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Data- and intelligence-led approach to communications strategy and measurement.
• Track record of using AI, automation, and new operating approaches to improve effectiveness.
