📋 Description

• Lead the company’s commercial contracting and legal functions, partnering across Sales, Product
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex tech transactions, including enterprise SaaS agreements, MSAs
• Provide strategic guidance on privacy, data protection, and regulatory issues across global
• Mentor and develop the legal team while enabling scalable growth and responsible AI adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and active U.S. bar membership; 10+ years in in-house or top law firm environment negotiating
• Strong experience with SaaS, cloud services, data protection laws (GDPR/CCPA), and product
• Proven ability to lead complex commercial negotiations and provide practical business-focused legal
• Fluency in issues around AI in products, AI-driven workflows, and governance; comfort using AI
• Excellent business judgment, cross-functional influence, and ability to scale legal operations in a
