Manage in-house and outside counsel to protect personal data assets.
Advise on privacy laws, data protection risks, and regulatory readiness.
Oversee drafting and negotiation of data sharing, licensing, and BI/AI data agreements.
Coordinate cross-functional privacy initiatives with engineers, HR, IT, and executives.
Mentor legal team members and allocate resources efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

Juris Doctorate
Bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Minimum 13 years in global data privacy/regulatory matters
Preferred: California bar eligibility or in-house counsel
Strong contract drafting and negotiation, incl. data protection agreements
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
