📋 Description

• Role based in Santa Clara, CA; onsite Tue-Thu with cross-functional Tech org support.
• Partner with executive leadership to design and scale organizational structure for global
• Influence tech roadmaps with executive presence and analytical rigor to solve org challenges.
• Drive talent strategy aligned to AI, Product, and Engineering roadmaps; partner with CISO and other
• Lead large-scale organizational design, succession planning, and high-velocity talent initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in People & Culture HR leadership within global, high-growth tech (Security/SaaS)
• Strong data analytics capability to tell compelling talent stories and justify strategic shifts.
• Executive presence with empathy to serve as trusted People & Culture leader.
• Proven track record in organizational design, succession planning, and global talent management.
