• Oversee learning, leadership, performance, and culture initiatives
• Coach executives and managers; drive change management
• Build scalable leadership and competency programs
• Own performance-management lifecycle and enable managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/Org Dev or related field
• 12–15 years in L&D/OD or related roles
• 5–7 years leading teams of professionals
• Hands-on instructional-design experience
• Experience with change management and performance analytics
• Executive coaching, facilitation, and strong cross-functional collaboration
