Sr. Director, Revenue Accounting & OTC Operations

📋 Description

• Lead global revenue accounting and OTC operations teams
• Define strategy and operating model for quoting, contracting, and revenue recognition
• Drive scalable policies, systems, and controls to protect revenue quality
• Partner with GTM, Legal, Deal Desk and Product to enable growth
• Oversee order management, billings, collections, revenue and commissions accounting
• Own SOX readiness and internal control enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years progressive accounting experience in multi-entity, public company SOX environment
• Hands-on leadership with ERP (NetSuite or similar), CPQ, and SFDC experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, revenue cycle operations, and financial reporting
• Ability to lead through change, coach a high-performing team, and partner cross-functionally
• Proven ability to drive process transformation and automate OTC workflows
