Lead cross-functional teams to develop, plan and implement companywide strategic initiatives
Partner with senior leaders to develop enterprise strategies and communicate results
Create detailed project plans with accountable milestones and outcomes
Drive initiatives through risk management, issues tracking, and mitigation
Ensure change management and execution translates initiatives into action
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders frequently

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Advanced certifications in project management and change management
Advanced Microsoft Office and Salesforce skills
7-10 years in strategic planning, program management and change management
5-7 years in end-to-end business process redesign
7-10 years in technology/cybersecurity/enterprise software with understanding of core software
