Sr. Director, UX Research - AI

📋 Description

• Lead a UX research team focused on AI-driven product experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to influence direction at VP/C-suite levels.
• Embed AI-native ways of working across the organization with modern evaluation methods and rapid AI
• Navigate a large matrixed org to align research with business objectives and user needs.
• Communicate complex insights into actionable recommendations for executives.
• Stay current on AI trends and evolving research methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in research; 8+ years leading research managers.
• Extensive UX research experience with AI in digital workflows.
• Proven track record delivering insights that drive product innovation.
• AI-native mindset with fluency in evaluation frameworks, responsible AI, generative AI.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Advanced degree or equivalent in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, or related fields (preferred).

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range $254,500 - $445,400 depending on location; equity, benefits, 401(k), ESPP, and more.
