Lead in-person and virtual trainings (onboarding, launches) with travel up to 25%.
Collaborate with Sales, HR, Product Marketing; align with business initiatives.
Define KPIs and report enablement impact; drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in enablement/learning/training in SaaS.
5+ years sales experience with SaaS or AI company.
Proven track record designing global enablement programs.
Strong understanding of MEDDPICC and commercial sales methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce and Clari.
LMS and enablement tools proficiency (e.g., Highspot).
