Lead cross-functional value engineering initiatives across product lifecycle.
Develop and embed value engineering processes into PDP and broader practices.
Identify and implement value tools (Should Cost, DFM) to improve cost, quality, and scale.
Facilitate workshops and training to embed value engineering mindset.
Collaborate with extended enterprise to drive systemic opportunities and supplier roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

Knowledge of value engineering methods and tools.
Product design/analysis skills with tolerance stack-ups.
Experience with manufacturing processes for low/high volume components.
Strong problem solving, DFM, and should-cost capability.
Medical device manufacturing experience (injection molding, stamping, machining).
Excellent verbal/written communication; workshop facilitation a plus.
