Lead Should Cost/DFM tool adoption and workshops.
Train teams to embed VE mindset across the enterprise.
Collaborate with suppliers to drive VE opportunities for products.
Influence supplier tech roadmaps to meet requirements.

🎯 Requirements

Knowledge of value engineering/analysis tools.
Product design analysis, tolerance stack-ups.
Experience with manufacturing processes for low/high volumes.
Strong problem solving, DFM, should-cost/could-cost.
Experience with medical device manufacturing processes (e.g., molding, stamping, machining).
Strong communication; training/workshop facilitation a plus.
