🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years backend experience; 4+ years in team management
• Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Agentic AI
• Strong React experience
• Large-scale SQL/NoSQL (SingleStore, Postgres)
• Relational DB proficiency; Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud a plus
• Agile methodologies and sprint planning
