Sr. Environmental Health & Safety Engineer (Raptor/Starship)

📋 Description

• Lead and maintain EHS programs for SpaceX Hawthorne operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, EPA, CERCLA, RCRA, DOT, NEPA and other regs.
• Assess hazards, implement policies and procedures, and monitor exposures.
• Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Develop contingency plans for fires, spills, and other emergencies.
• Coordinate audits and ensure proper disposal and waste management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in environmental health and safety oversight.
• Experience with storm water, CEQA, machine guarding, and IH programs.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety/environmental regs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
