Lead construction and facilities related construction projects and upgrades for new production
Assist with design and issuance of drawings, docs, and reports for aerospace/industrial projects
Coordinate HVAC, electrical, crane, lighting, doors, roof, security, and fire protection
Communicate schedules to personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines
Write and manage scope across multiple disciplines for construction and facilities
Maintain interior office and factory cleanliness

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years in facilities vendor/contract management (in lieu of a degree)
5+ years managing facilities vendors, contracts, or shipping/logistics
