🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in power management and analog systems engineering.
• Power electronics: hands-on with point-of-load DC-DC power conversion; strong power management
• Engineering skills: schematic/PCB review, lab measurements, system debugging, and problem solving.
• Customer-facing: ability to build credibility and long-term relationships with engineering
• Commercial awareness: understand how technical engagement drives design wins, revenue, and
