Sr. Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the preparation of recurring close deliverables and help ensure financial data is accurate
• Collaborate with finance teams and US-based stakeholders; manage proactive issue resolution.
• Work with financial systems such as Oracle Hyperion SmartView; apply advanced Excel skills to
• Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, reconciliation, analysis, and recurring finance workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and speed up close and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years in finance/accounting, especially in reporting, reconciliations, analysis, or month-end
• Experience with US-based business/finance teams and cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Hands-on AI tool experience (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for analysis, drafting, reconciliation
• Strong Excel and familiarity with SmartView/Oracle Hyperion or equivalent consolidation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for US stakeholders.
