Sr FP&A Analyst, Finance

📋 Description

• Support month-end close, forecasting, and planning in NA markets.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to align plans with goals.
• Lead process improvements with automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive value creation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years FP&A experience in similar industry or finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis skills.
• Business partnering and stakeholder communication experience.
• Process improvement, automation, AI-enabled solutions experience.
• Advanced English; multinational/English-speaking environment preferred.
