📋 Description

Lead engineer for Genesys Cloud implementation, migration, upgrades
Design, configure, develop and support Genesys tech and contact solutions
Design and support IVR/ACD scripts for Genesys Cloud CX
Contribute to solution architecture and design decisions
Execute projects and support across Genesys products
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with business impact

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in IP Telephony and VoIP
Experience with VoIP equipment and support
3+ years with Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud)
Associate degree in IT; bachelor preferred
Genesys Cloud CX cert is a plus
Knowledge of media/voice gateways; SIP preferred
