Sr. Global Demand Planning Manager

📋 Description

• Own demand forecasts across DTC, DME, retail, distributor, and customer care channels across U.S.
• Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling forecast at SKU, channel, and regional levels to support
• Lead the demand planning calendar, ensuring forecasts are accurate, timely, complete, and aligned
• Lead the demand pillar of S&OP/IBP, creating alignment across Commercial, Supply Chain
• Partner with Sales teams to incorporate pipeline expectations, promotions, product launches, and
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on new product introductions, campaigns, and

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, or a closely related
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage rolling forecasts across SKUs, channels, regions, and
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with practical experience interpreting sales data
• Experience with S&OP, IBP, or comparable cross-functional planning processes.
• Proven ability to translate commercial inputs such as sales pipelines, promotions, launches, and
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect forecasting decisions with supply, inventory
