Sr. Global MES Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize MES solutions across AbbVie’s network.
• Lead MES design, configuration, integration, and testing.
• Develop MES best practices, SOPs, and playbooks.
• Lead Communities of Practice and standardization efforts.
• Mentor MES engineers and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyze processes/data to drive MES improvements and harmonization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Software Eng, Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years MES experience in pharma/manufacturing or regulated envs.
• Understanding of digital manufacturing, MES ops, IT/OT integration.
• Experience with process improvement, analysis, and docs in multi-site envs.
• Knowledge of cGMP and pharma regulatory standards.
• MES platforms experience, preferably POMS Aquila.
