Sr. Global Payroll & Equity Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll for all non-GTM employees globally across entities and EORs.
• Set standards, controls, and processes for accurate, compliant payroll and equity.
• Establish scalable payroll and equity controls framework with audit-ready docs.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Legal, and Revenue Ops; support onboarding/offboarding.
• Lead equity administration: grants, exercises, and terminations; maintain cap table.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll and equity audits and inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years multi-country payroll across US states, EMEA, LatAm.
• Hands-on equity administration with Carta, Shareworks, Pulley.
• ASC 718 stock-based compensation knowledge.
• Experience building payroll controls in scaling environments.
• Independent operator able to establish structure in ambiguity.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, People Ops, Revenue Ops, Legal.
