• Experience managing meaningful ad budgets across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, mobile advertising
• Experience developing, testing, and optimizing performance creative across static, video, and UGC
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, CRO, and experimentation frameworks.
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel, Google Sheets, and BI/product analytics tools like Looker
• Solid understanding of marketing measurement fundamentals (UTM tracking, conversion tracking
