Sr. GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and establish core GTM tech and data infra: CRM, enrichment, automation, integrations.
• Own enterprise lead generation end-to-end; design sourcing, enrichment, scoring, routing.
• Automate inbound/outbound lead flows for a reliable, high-quality pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales/leadership to define qualification criteria and scalable systems.
• Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude) to prototype and deploy automations and workflows.
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve lead-gen performance and data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM engineering, demand gen, revenue operations, or related role; experience building
• Hands-on with modern GTM tech: Salesforce or comparable CRM, enrichment tools, sales engagement
• SQL proficiency and scripting (Python or JavaScript) for custom workflows and integrations.
• Track record of building/improving lead-gen capabilities with measurable impact.
• Strong technical curiosity, problem-solving, ownership, and ability to work with AI tools.
• Excellent communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
