🎯 Requirements

• Significant HRBP experience at senior/Director level
• Experience with Engineering/Research/AI teams
• Track record in startup/scale-up environments
• Global partnerships across countries/time zones
• Strong written communication; collaborative, low-ego mindset
• Ability to design org structures and operating models
