Sr HR Systems & Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day admin, config, security roles, workflows, and health of ADP Workforce Now and
• Translate business needs into system solutions from requirements to launch and adoption.
• Manage integrations across payroll, benefits, finance, and HR platforms.
• Lead configuration, testing, and rollout of system releases and enhancements.
• Manage RBAC and compliance evidence for SOX and other controls.
• Own HR tech and data projects from scoping to completion in cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR systems administration, HRIS configuration, or related field.
• Deep hands-on expertise with ADP Workforce Now (config, workflows, reporting, security
• Proven ability to translate requirements into practical solutions and manage end-to-end
• Strong HR data management, governance, and audit practices.
• Experience automating processes; AI-assisted tools a plus.
• SOX controls, audit prep, and governance documentation experience.
