📋 Description

• Lead user-centered design research within product teams
• Perform usability testing and analyze use-related risks
• Translate user needs into usability and UI requirements
• Develop prototypes to explore performance influences
• Coordinate across sub-systems and teams
• Ensure safety, usability, and desirability in designs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in industry
• Strong technical communication and business acumen
• Ability to synthesize large data into clear insights
• Knowledge of robotic systems, mech design, sensing, control, software/simulation
• Experience with user-centered design and usability engineering
• BS/MS in HFE, cognitive psychology, biomedical/mechanical eng, CS, HCI, or related
